Wear your Smile Shirt to your ortho appointment and earn tickets to win an iPod or Sony PSP.
Each time you come in, you can earn up to three tickets: one for excellent brushing, one if nothing is loose or broken, and one if you’re wearing your Smile Shirt. And if you see Dr. Nelson or any of his staff wearing their Smile Shirt outside the office, you instantly win five tickets. Every ticket is your chance to win an iPod or Sony PSP!
